Contains the monthly usage counts of Konyakart (Elkart) card types. Card type descriptions: -OVER 65: card issued to citizens aged 65 and over, granting free and unlimited travel. -PRESS: card issued to members of the press, granting free and unlimited travel. -DISABLED: card issued to people with a disability of 40% or more, granting free and unlimited travel. -DISABLED WITH COMPANION: card issued, limited to one companion, to people accompanying a person with a severe disability, granting free and unlimited travel. -VISUALLY IMPAIRED: card issued to people with a visual impairment of 40% or more, granting free and unlimited travel. -VISUALLY IMPAIRED WITH COMPANION: card issued, limited to one companion, to people accompanying a person with a severe visual impairment, granting free and unlimited travel. -REDUCED FARE: card issued to students, teachers and Gençkart holders. Grants reduced-fare travel. -PUBLIC SECTOR: card issued for a fee to people working in roles such as document clerks at institutions in our province; valid between 07:00 and 19:00 except on public holidays. -HEADMAN: card issued to people serving as neighbourhood headmen in our province. Grants 60 credits of travel per month. -SOCIAL CARD: card issued to families in need, limited to one person per family. Grants 60 credits of travel per month. -FULL SEASON TICKET: card granting unlimited travel for 30 days after each top-up. -FULL FARE: card granting no discount or free travel entitlement. -MUNICIPAL POLICE: card issued to municipal police staff at the metropolitan and district municipalities. Grants free and unlimited travel per month.
